Mathias Link has advised and represented employers with respect to labour, employment and human rights law matters for more than 15 years. His practice includes defending employers in wrongful dismissal actions, human rights complaints, grievance arbitrations, certification applications, unfair labour practice complaints, claims under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 and Canada Labour Code as well as disability benefits claims related actions. Mathias acts as lead spokesperson in collective bargaining on behalf of employers and assists employers with negotiation strategy and providing ongoing advice regarding collective agreement administration.

Director of Labour Relations: Brandi worked as a union organizer and service representative for a large private sector union for nearly 10 years. In 2015, Brandi returned to University and subsequently joined a mining company. There she provided guidance with matters such as grievance and arbitration management, policy change and implementation, she assisted through the collective bargaining at plants in Saskatchewan, Alabama and Georgia.

She became a restaurant manager in Vancouver in 1986, Marketing Analyst at the corporate office in 1989, Manager of Training in 1994, Director of Operating Systems & Training in 2002, and Senior Director Operating Standards in 2015. She was appointed Vice President, People Potential in September 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.
